Laurie Aznavoorian

Laurie Aznavoorian (bio) Laurie is a PhD candidate, sessional instructor and member of the SHE Lab - Sustainable and Healthy Environments at the University of Melbourne in Australia. Her research explores the effectiveness of design features and attributes in contemporary workplaces and their ability to deliver the types of human experiences employees expect and what they need to thrive. She has extensive industry experience spanning Australia, Asia, Europe and the United States, with a specialization in workplace design, strategy and engagement; she works with executive level leaders and diverse stakeholder groups to unlock the drivers that help individuals flourish and organizations achieve their business ambitions.
