Yuan Qi
Yuan Qi is a PhD candidate in the School of Built Environment at the University of Technology Sydney, where her research investigates the intersection of spatial modelling, perception, and planning practice in urban park accessibility. Yuan serves as a research assistant across several interdisciplinary projects, including studies on creative placemaking, participatory mapping, and spatial equity. Yuan has contributed to international conferences and workshops and work as the member of Resilient futures group and Green Infrastructure Lab at UTS, engaging in discussions on green infrastructure and community resilience. Her research explores how spatial analysis and everyday narratives can together inform more empathetic and contextually attuned forms of urban planning.
