Pui Kwan Cheung
My research focuses on the optimising the design and management of blue-green infrastructure to mitigate heat stress and flooding in cities. I’m currently working with water utility companies and local governments in Melbourne and Sydney to help improve the heat and flood resilience of the city using blue-green infrastructure. I also collaborate with international researchers from Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany and the US, etc., to study global climate change, urban greening, and urban stormwater management issues.
