My research background is plant biology and biochemistry. My research is focus on tea biochemistry (tea polyphenol and anthocyanins metabolism) and bioresource utilization (tea waste recycle utilization).
Teaching courses: Tea Biochemistry, Tea Intensive Processing, Tea health tips, Plant Biotechnology and Molecular Biology.
